Well this has been fun. The ski season that wasn't. After purchasing Eliza Lee One in June, lockdowns began in July and the cancellations came rolling in. It has not been the season we were banking on, so to speak.

Our hearts go out to all those in lockdown - the never ending Sydney one, and the recently announced rural NSW and ACT ones. Thank you to everyone for bearing with us as we have navigated refunds and date changes. And to those still with upcoming bookings that are faced with the uncertainty of not knowing how long your current lockdown will last, rest assured we are offering full refunds (*small cancellation fee may apply) despite the cancellation policy stating 50% non refundable deposit.
